DIY to Fix Yourself

This week was kinda a blur, I had a funky mood most of the week.

I was reading some comments being made during the governors weekly announcement, the ones saying that staying closed was going to fully ruin the economy and that the flu kills more people every year than this virus. That the government is being ridiculous by closing everything. I mentioned that I feel the only reason more people haven't die is because of the extreme measures being made by the government. It was nice to have some people agree, sad how many people were pissed. I know this has to be so hard for a lot of people, but their lives mean more.

I decided to go ahead and try to make some alcohol ink from Sharpies and rubbing alcohol. It surprisingly works, now I just have to figure out more projects to create! I also learned that my craft room needs a bit more ventilation, i got a bit light headed making these!

Then Thursday and Friday it was 60/70 degrees so I was able to get in the yard and plant some bulbs. My husband and I played some catch in the backyard and let our cat wander through the yard. We also got to go on a great walk!

Then yesterday it snowed 4+ inches, and was maybe 30 degrees, was a great day to have a hot beverage and snuggle in. Got my order of tea in!

Now today it is 40 again and the snow is mostly melted. Montana spring weather is completely crazy, and I love it!

There was a rumor today about them closing school for the rest of the year. It's like the year that mostly happened. I miss my kids and my class and my coworkers. I am not ready to just be done this year.
